「武庫女ステーションキャンパス」に全国から視察が相次いでいます。昨年7月に宮城県議会議員や県職員が視察。今年に入り、1月23日に堺市副市長と同市泉北ニューデザイン推進室の計5人が視察したのをはじめ、1月31日には、近畿地区鉄道立体交差事業連絡会議(事務局は兵庫県土木部道路街路課、メンバーは広島県、岡山県、広島市、神戸市、大阪市、堺市等の関係者)の22人が視察しました。さらに他大学の教員からも調査研究のオファーが来ています。
武庫女ステーションキャンパスは2019年秋、阪神電車「鳴尾・武庫川女子大前」駅の高架下に開設。学校法人が運営するユニークな施設であり、地域と連携する取り組みが2022年度のグッドデザイン賞を受賞したことも、話題性を高めました。
視察に際しては、企画設計を担当した三好庸隆・生活環境学部長がプロジェクトの意図や建築構造を解説するとともに、計画段階での様々なエピソードを披露しています。大学が駅高架下に事業展開している例は全国的にもここだけであることから関心は高く、毎回、活発な質疑が行われています。

"Mukogawa Station Campus" has been visited by a series of inspection teams from all over Japan. In July of last year, Miyagi Prefectural Assembly members and prefectural officials visited the campus. Since the beginning of this year, on January 23rd, a group of five people, including the Deputy Mayor of Sakai City and members from the city's Senboku New Design Promotion Office, visited the campus. On January 31st, a group of 22 people from the Kinki District Railway Grade Separation Project Liaison Council (secretariat: Hyogo Prefectural Civil Engineering Department Road and Street Section, members include officials from Hiroshima Prefecture, Okayama Prefecture, Hiroshima City, Kobe City, Osaka City, Sakai City, etc.) also visited.
The Mukojo Station Campus was opened in the fall of 2019 under the elevated tracks of the Hanshin Railway's "Naruo-Mukogawajoshidai-mae" Station. It is a unique facility operated by a school corporation, and its efforts in collaborating with the local community have garnered attention, culminating in the Good Design Award in 2022.
During these visits, the Dean of the School of Human Environmental Sciences, Tsunetaka Miyoshi, who was in charge of the planning and design, explains the project's intentions and architectural structure, as well as sharing various episodes from the planning stages. The fact that the University is developing a project under the elevated station tracks is a unique case nationwide, and it has attracted much interest, with lively Q&A sessions taking place each time.
