＜日本語/English＞　LINEを使った在学生向けサービス「MUKOJO質問サポート」がリニューアル！

Announcing the renewal of “MUKOJO inquiry support” service for students using LINE application.

今年の3月より、新入生向けに開始されたLINEを使ったFAQサービス「MUKOJO質問サポート」が全学生向けにリニューアルしました！

 

リニューアルにあたっては、前期の実践学習に参加した経営学科12人の学生の声を取り入れました。

学生たちは、令和3年前期の間、MUKOJO情報スマート化プロジェクト（通称MISプロ）として、新入生対象の先輩チャットのオペレーター体験や、ユーザーアンケートの実施などを踏まえて、学生目線のリアルな改善提案を行いました。

 

その結果、「MUKOJO質問サポート」が全学生向けに生まれ変わりました。

具体的には・・・

・LINEから簡単アクセス！学内システムMUSESへ飛べるメニューの設置

・まだまだ慣れない広い校舎・・・「キャンパスマップ」をTOPメニューへ！

・そろそろ対面授業も増えてきた・・・気になる「食堂・カフェ」のメニューを即チェック！

・活動制限レベルとそれに応じた関連情報がひとめで分かる！「活動制限レベル」メニュー

など。

＊学生と教職員でメニューが異なるので、登録後の属性アンケートには正確に回答してくださいね。

 

今後は、後期の実践学習メンバー6名が中心となり、毎月のメッセージ配信やTOPメニュー更新を行っていきます。

“MUKOJO inquiry support” has been available for students joining in the new school year has gone under a makeover and has come back better than ever extending their service to current students too.

 

The renewal was accomplished with the help of the twelve students who took part in the previous Project Based Learning workshop. Click here for the article.

 

There has been an improvement since the beginning of the year with MUKOJO info method offering services such as chat experience with the operating system as well as asking for feedback for areas of improvement from students’ perspective.

 

As a result, the “MUKOJO inquiry support” has been reincarnated to meet the needs of all students from any grade.

 

These include;

 

• Quick access to on-campus system MUSES with a tap
• Making campus map available on TOP menu for those who are still unaccustomed to the campus
• With the return of in-class lessons, next stop, to the cafeteria! List of  cafe menus available
• Find valid information on Covid-19 measures and limitations

 

Henceforth, 6 students who also took part in the PBL workshop will take charge and deliver messages on a monthly basis and will be posting updates.
