Final presentation day in the “Rising 3 – Employee Training Program”.

「新任職員育成制度Rising3」は、大学運営に係る業務の専門性を高め、教職協働の中で大学教育の質向上に取り組める職員を組織的に育成するために、入職後3年間をかけて行う研修制度として2019年度から始まりました。本研修制度の一期生にあたる入職3年目の職員6人が2グループに分かれ、それぞれのテーマに沿った研究活動を行い、その成果を発表しました。
「一番効果のあるPRは何か?」と「高大連携教職員部署連携」をテーマに、活動内容(学内調査・他大学調査)の報告や課題を提案し、1年間の研究成果を発表しました。
「多様化するSNSを効果的に活用し、本学の魅力を発信していくためにはどうすれば良いか」「附属中高と大学との連携を高めていくにはどういった取り組みが必要か」などに着目し、具体的な提案を行いました。
発表を聞いて山﨑彰副学長・教学局長は「広報については、“何のために何を広報するのか“という目的や目標が重要。また高大連携は、入学の部分だけにとらわれず、教育の中身の連携も必要です」と述べ、「これが終わりではなくスタートとして提案内容を実現していって欲しいです」と講評しました。
Rising 3: ETP was created in the hopes to systematically nurture the newly recruited administration staff in order to improve the quality of the university as a whole as well as educate to better enhance the skills required for specialized university related tasks. The program was established in 2019 as a training scheme that I a 3 year long course.
The first ever batch of employees to have joined the program are now in their third and final year of the training. To reflect on their journey, the 6 members of staff were divided in to two groups and conducted research based on their respective themes. And announced the results and findings in a presentation.
One group researched under the theme of “what is the most effective PR” and the other team on “solidifying the foundation between the junior high school and the university.” In both groups, they conducted field research throughout the year and worked cooperatively on top of their daily tasks.
Upon listening to each presentation, the vice principle stated “regarding to the proposals by the PR team, what is the key here is to recognize the purpose and the reasoning behind the PR. As for the group that presented on high school – university cooperation is not only limited to when it comes to admission, but it is necessary to consider the contents of education. I hope that you all see this as a beginning of your journeys and not the end.”
