＜日本語/English＞ 「新任職員育成制度Rising3」＜1年目＞の事後ガイダンスを実施しました

The closing of first year of Rising 3 - Employee Training Program.

入職1年目の職員10人が、大学職員として事務を進めるための基礎知識習得のため、4月～12月の全15回にわたる研修を受け、感想や課題などを発表する事後ガイダンスを1月31日に実施しました。

 

「新任職員育成制度Rising3」は、大学運営に係る業務の専門性を高め、教職協働の中で大学教育の質向上に取り組める職員を組織的に育成するために、入職後3年間をかけて行う研修制度として2019年度から始まり、今年で3年目となります。1年目研修では15部署の職員が講師となり、リレー方式で武庫川女子大学の取り組みや武庫川学院の現状を説明しました。

 

受講者からは研修を終えた感想として、「他部署の業務、そしてそれが自身の業務とどう繋がっているかを横断的に知ることができた」「研修は初歩的な内容であったが、もっと深く知りたいと思った」「2年目からは課題的意識を持ち、業務に取り組みたい」など、前向きな意見が聞かれました。

 

研修講師を担当した各部署の職員からは「コロナ禍ではあるが、他部署や同期とのコミュニケーションを大事に」「新しい発想を大事にどんどん提案して欲しい」などの意見がありました。

 

山﨑彰教学局長は「それぞれ個性のあるスピーチだった。今後は大学の役割の共通認識を持つことが大事であり、教員と職員が一体となり課題に取り組んでいかなければならない」、そして、講師も務めた瀧居豊事務局長は「20年後どうなっているか？という問いを今一度思い出してもらい、常に先をイメージしながら業務にあたってもらいたい」と講評しました。

 

Since 2019, in order to systematically develop the knowledge and expertise of administration staff, the 3 year training course Rising 3 (sun) was adopted. The course offers new recruits to the university, the opportunity to learn and further strengthen the knowledge of the intricacies of working as a member of the university. From the time it began, with the members of that year completing the training course as first time graduates, the university has welcomed the third round of first year trainees.

 

For the first year of training, the new employees are given 15 lots of lectures through the 10 month period from department representatives serving as instructors. The said instructors took in turns to deliver vast array of information of what their department does and is to the trainees. Having completed the training, the trainees each presented a speech of their experiences to a room of spectators.  

 

As an impression after the training, the trainees stated, “I was able to understand the work of other departments and how it interlinks to what I do at my desk.” “The training has been somewhat rudimentary, but it has made me want to learn more.” And “I’d like to further develop my understanding and start my second year here with more awareness of my surroundings.”

 

Once the trainees had finished giving their speeches, the mic was turned over to the instructors to give their feedback. One commented “despite the ongoing concern over the spread of the virus, it’s vital to maintain communication with those you have around you.” Followed by “Please continue to propose new ideas more and more.”

 

Professor Akira Yamazaki, Dean of the Faculty of Education, stated “each speech was one of a kind. From this day forward, it’s imperative to have a common understanding of the roles within the university, and faculty members and staff must combine efforts to tackle the issues.”
