＜日本語/English＞ 西宮市大学交流協議会20周年記念座談会 「学生から見た、学びやすい、暮らしやすいまち～地域との関わりから考える～」

“Learning about relationships in the community and thinking about creating accommodating  town” discussion was held by Nishinomiya City University Exchange Council.

西宮市は10の大学・短期大学が集い、約36,000 人の大学生が学ぶ全国有数の「大学のまち」。阪急西宮北口駅北東の「ACTA（アクタ）西宮」東館6階にある西宮市大学交流センターは、大学間、学生間、大学・学生と市民の交流を推進するための拠点施設として開設され、2021年（令和3年）に20年めを迎えました。同時期に設立された西宮市大学交流協議会（市内10大学・西宮商工会議所・西宮市で構成）と連携し、「大学のまち・西宮」の魅力を深める取り組みを進めてきました。

 

昨年11月26日に、20周年記念座談会「学生から見た、学びやすい、暮らしやすいまち～地域との関わりから考える～」が行われ、これからの10年、20年を見据え、学生にとっての理想の地域とはどのようなものか、理想の地域に近づけるために学生生活を通じて何ができるのかなど、学生から見た学び・暮らしやすいまちについて語り合いました。座談会は石井西宮市長と市内の大学に通う6人の学生が参加、本学からは生活環境学部生活環境学科３年生市川寧子さんが参加しています。西宮市大学協議会 運営副委員長を務める本学 生活造形学科　西田徹教授が司会を担当しました。

 

このたび大学交流センターのwebサイトで、西宮市長と学生たちが語り合った座談会の様子が公開されました。

The city council of Nishinomiya, is one of the leading “university towns” in Japan, with 10 universities and junior colleges gather totaling a congregation of 36,000 students. In order to promote exchanges between universities and develop relationship between students as well as universities, “ACTA Nishinomiya” was established by The Nishinomiya City University Exchange. In collaboration with the Nishinomiya city, 10 universities in the city which were established around the same time, have joined forces in promoting and appealing Nishinomiya as town of universities.
