＜日本語/English＞ダンス部がArtistic Movement in TOYAMA2022で、「特別賞」を受賞しました。

Mukogawa Women’s University awarded at the Artistic Movement in TOYAMA 2022.

　1～5名の少人数で構成するダンス作品で競い合う全国コンテスト「Artistic Movement in TOYAMA2022」で、本学ダンス部チーム「タカギ」が出場チーム46チームの中から、TOP10内の「特別賞」を受賞しました。演じたのは、牧之瀬 詩さん（生活環境学科4年）と藤原碧（健康・スポーツ科学科4年）さんの２人。演目のタイトルは、「？…¿(クエスチョン)」。「箱の中身は何でしょう」で使用されるハテナボックスから、よく知っているはずの友人ですら、本当の中身を知らないのではないかと連想し、その２つを掛け合わせた内容となっています。審査では、「表現芸術の世界から、未来を予測させるダンスの動きと空間の美しさ」が評価されての受賞となりました。

　受賞について、牧之瀬さんは「大学生活最後のコンクールで自分の作品が評価されたことにとても嬉しく思います。一緒に出てくれた同期や指導していただいた先生方、応援してくれた友達や先輩方など、たくさんの方に感謝しています」。藤原さんは「初めてデュオ作品を踊り、作品を創り上げていく過程でデュオだからできることや、新たな気付きと楽しさ、面白みを見出すことができました。その上で特別賞という素晴らしい賞を頂けたことはとても嬉しく思います。作品に関わってくださった方々に感謝でいっぱいです」とコメントしました。

　今回受賞した「？…¿(クエスチョン)」は、12月18日（日）にあましんアルカイックホール・オクトで開催予定の「第54 回武庫川女子大学ダンス部定期公演」にて上演を予定しています。詳細は、ダンス部のInstagramアカウントを御覧ください。

 

The tournament is a national contest in which small groups of 1 to 5 people compete in a dance- piece. The MWU dance club team won the Special Effort Award as they ranked in the top 10 out of 46 teams participated.

 

The performance was delivered by Uta Makinose and Aoi Fujiwara, both in their fourth and final year at the university. The title of their production was “...?” They were granted for the recognition in the representation of the beauty of dance and its expressiveness in approaching futuristic movements.

 

On being awarded, Ms. Makinoes comments “I’m incredibly happy to have a piece of my work be credited in the final year as a university student. I’m grateful to the people who encouraged me and showed me support throughout, such as my classmates and teachers.” Ms. Fujiwara added, “Since it was the first time to work together in a pair, I was able to discover new ways in which we can perform and I really enjoyed the process of creation.”
