＜日本語/English＞初のオンライン開催となった第57回武庫川女子大学体育祭が15日、中央キャンパスで始まりました。

The first ever remote sports festival on-air from the main campus of MWU.

 

第57回武庫川女子大学体育祭が15日、2日間の日程で始まり、運動部や体育祭実行委員会によるスポーツイベント「WITH」などが、オンラインで行われました。

 

午前10時、YouTubeで開会式の模様が限定公開され、体育祭がスタート。体育祭実行委員らが公江記念講堂で事前収録した選手宣誓などを配信しました。約20分の配信中に、視聴カウントは最大1347人に達しました。

 

事前のリハーサルや打ち合わせから、徹底した感染症対策を実施。舞台で演技する学生はPCR検査で陰性を確認して本番に臨みます。15日は初開催となる「WITH」と、アスリート芸人・おばたのお兄さんのフィットネスイベント「OBATAクリニックin武庫女」がいずれもオンラインで行われました。「WITH」は運動系クラブ19団体や体育祭実行委員会が実施。MM館や南館などの各教室に分かれ、画面越しの参加者にトレーニング方法等をライブで指導し、クラブの魅力を伝えました。

 

エアロビックダンス部は部員10人が指導者とともに基礎トレーニングからダンスまで段階的に実演指導。パソコンのカメラに向かって「みんな笑顔で」「もっと動いて」などと呼びかけました。

 

体育祭は新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響で2020年度、初めて中止となりました。今年も緊急事態宣言が延長されたことから、オンライン開催に切り替えました。

 

選手宣誓した体育祭実行委員会副委員長の中尾真佳さん（健康・スポーツ科学科3年）は「安全にやり遂げ、みんなで力を合わせて体育祭の伝統を将来につなぎたい」と話していました。

 

16日は応援合戦やコスチューム、クラブ演技等がオンラインで配信されます。

 

This year, the much anticipated sports festival was held on the weekend of 15^th and 16^th of May. The slogan for this year’s event is “Creative Excitement”. With the pandemic at its peak, the festival was cancelled last year, following from that, this year's event will be hosted online for the first time ever.

 

With new challenges ahead, the students of MWU, 25 sport clubs in total all took part in building something new. Each club will compete against one and another by how many times the “like” button is clicked of the video of them posted on YouTube. During the online event, the total number of views added up to 1347 viewers.  Several clubs proceeded with pre-recorded videos of their performances which were broadcasted for the people at home to watch and enjoy.  

 

The focal point of this festival was the sports competition event “WITH”. The highlight was the live streaming of sporting/fitness activities such as aerobics, dance and fitness that were instructed live for viewers to enjoy and participate.
