武庫川女子大学薬学部×西宮市薬剤師会 連携事業として、12月6日～12日、ケーブルテレビ ベイコム11chで「健康講座　2021『コロナフレイルに負けない！』ロコモ体操・フレイルチェック・CogEvo脳トレ／お薬相談・健康相談」の番組を放送します。

 

武庫川女子大学薬学部と西宮市薬剤師会は互いの連携協定に基づき2019年から毎年、「健康フェア」や「健康講演会」「お薬相談会」を開催していますが、コロナ禍により昨年3月以降は実施が困難となりました。今年に入り地域住民の方々からの要望にお応えし「お薬相談会」を、感染状況をみながら開催、感染対策やワクチン接種に関する疑問や不安に対応しています。

 

このような中でも、西宮市民の方々に役立つ健康情報を提供し、また本学薬学部と西宮市薬剤師会の取り組みを知っていただくために、今回の放送を実施することになりました。

番組では、「健康講演会」で行われた、本学名誉教授の永田隆子先生の健康講座とフレイル(ロコモ)予防体操を紹介。また毎月第２・４土曜日に薬学部で開催している「お薬相談会」「健康チェック会」「認知症予防の脳トレ(CogEvo)体験会」や若い子育て世帯に向けた「ママサポ・パパサポ会」の内容も案内しています。

From December 6^th to 12^th, a collaborative project between Mukogawa Women’s University’s Faculty of Pharmacy and Nishinomiya City Pharmacy Association will be aired on cable T.V, Baycom on channel 11.  In 2019, they tied a mutual cooperation agreement resulting to combining forces to create projects such as “Well-being Fair”, “Well-being Lecture” and “Medicine Consultation Meeting.” Due to the pandemic, it became difficult to implement such projects since last March.

 

Beginning of the year, in response to requests from local residents, a medicine consultation meeting was held to detect the status of health and well-being affected by Covi-19. The meeting was held in order to provide responses to questions of concerns regarding infection control and vaccination.

 

Despite the ongoing circumstances, it was decided to broadcast the lecture in order to provide useful information to the citizen of Nishinomiya. It was also a way of demonstrating the unity and efforts of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Nishinomiya City Pharmacy Association. The program to be broadcasted introduces a lecture on health management and frailty and exercises to prevent them. Professor Takako Nagata is the lecturer in charge, who also hosted the “Well-being Lecture”.

 

Additionally, on the 2nd and 4^th Saturday of every month there are a number of health and well-being oriented lectures available at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
