武庫川女子大学生活環境学部の三好庸隆教授（生活環境学部長）が出演したRSK山陽放送のドキュメンタリー番組「よみがえれニュータウン～岐路に立つ山陽団地～」が12月19日午前10時から、BS-TBS「ドキュメントJ」で全国放送されます。

 

山陽放送が地域の課題をテーマに制作・放送している「メッセージ　RSK地域スペシャル」のシリーズ。「よみがえれニュータウン」は9月29日に岡山・香川エリアで放送され、6％を超える視聴率を上げました。

 

造成から50年以上が経過し、高齢化が進む岡山県赤磐市の山陽団地をテーマにニュータウン再生の道筋を探る内容。三好庸隆教授はこれまで数多くのニュータウン設計に携わり、近年はオールド化したニュータウンの再生にも取り組んでいることから、同番組から取材を受けました。

 

番組では本学中央キャンパスで三好教授にインタビューするとともに、約15年前から三好教授が携わっている兵庫県の明石舞子団地（明舞団地）で取材を行い、商店などで構成されるセンター地区を建て替えたり、県営住宅の空き部屋を近隣の大学生に格安で提供したりする活性化策等にフォーカスしました。三好教授は番組の冒頭と中盤、ラストに登場します。

 

ローカル放送でしたが、全国的にニュータウンの老朽化が課題であることから、BSでの放送が決まりました。また、CS-TBSの「JNNドキュメント」でも1月25日（火）23時から全国放送されます。

 

A documentary featuring Professor Miyoshi will be on air from 10 am on December 19^th with BT-TBS. A series of documentaries focusing on regional issues have been produced and broadcasted by Sanyo Broadcasting Co., Ltd.

 

「よみがえれニュータウン」was broadcasted in the Okayama/Kagawa area on September 29^th, and the viewer rating reached up to 6%.

 

More than 50 years have passed the construction of Sanyo housing complex in Akaiwa city, Okayama prefecture. The aim was to help explore the path to revitalize the town where the population is aging. Professor Miyoshi has been involved in many new designs, ands in recent years he has also been working on the regeneration of old new towns, so he was interviewed by the program.

 

In the program, Professor Miyoshi was interviewed on the main campus at Mukogawa Women’s University as well as at Akashi housing complex, where he has been involved for about 15 years. The focus was on how to assess revitalization measures in areas like shopping centers and providing vacant rooms in prefectural housing to university students at bargain price.  Professor Miyoshi will appear at the beginning, the middle and also towards the end of the program.
