2022年度の学友会が発足し、21日、新総務委員によるオリエンテーションが開かれました。昨年はコロナ禍のためオンラインでの開催だったことから、対面で一堂に会するのは2年ぶりとなります。

 

武庫川女子大学の学友会は大学と短期大学部の全学生で構成され、文化部委員会、運動部委員会、厚生委員会、体育祭実行委員会、文化祭実行委員会と文化部、運動部、幹事会（クラス代表による）が連携してキャンパスライフを自律的に運営しています。総務委員会は全学科・委員会の代表者で構成され、大学と学生をつなぐ重要な役割を果たします。

 

21日は新しい総務委員が集まり、前総務委員長の情報メディア学科３年中嶋真唯さんが一人ひとりに委嘱状を手渡しました。新メンバーは短大の１年生と大学の２年生が中心です。新総務委員長は、日本語日本文学科２年の山口朝陽さん、副委員長は健康・スポーツ科学科2年の高崎心さん、短大心理・人間関係学科1年の戸田杏樹さんが務めます。

 

オリエンテーションであいさつに立った瀬口和義学長は「学友会は大学開学当初からある重要な組織です。学生時代は学修だけでなく、課外活動や友人と過ごす時間にも重要な学びがあります。学友会の活動は、社会が求めるリーダーシップやコミュニケーション力を身に付けるトレーニングの場となるでしょう。良い経験を積み、大学・短大を牽引してくれるものと期待しています」と激励しました。

 

山口朝陽・総務委員長は「私たち１，２年生は入学当初からコロナ禍により様々な影響を受け、不安に思うことも多かったけれど、人と人とのつながりの大切さや当たり前のことを当たり前にできる尊さを学ぶ機会になりました。この学びをこれからの活動に活かし、伝統や先輩たちの思いを背負いながら、私たちなりの委員会を築いていきます」と力強く語りました。

 

On December 21^st, an orientation was held by the new General Affairs Committee members for next year’s alumni association. It was the first time in two years to be able to hold it in-person.

 

The alumni association of Mukogawa Women’s University is composed of all students from the university and junior college departments and sees to manage the campus life autonomously in cooperation with a number of committees.

 

The principal of Mukogawa Women’s University, Mr. Kazuyoshi Seguchi, who gave a word of encouragement at the orientation, “the alumni association is an important organization that has existed since the very beginning. As students, not only academic studies but extracurricular activities and time spent with friends are just as important. The jobs that are done in the association will be a great place to acquire leadership and communication skills required by society. ”

 

Asahi Yamaguchi, the chairman of the committee stated, “it was no doubt a challenge for us to not be affected by the restrictions that limited us in the last two years, but it was an opportunity to learn the importance of relationships and the true value of things we take for granted. Through this, we plan on carrying on the legacy set before us and combine our own ideas and build on to it.”
