＜日本語/English＞ 食物栄養科学研究科の院生が「第19回ファンクショナルフード学会学術集会」で学生演題賞を受賞しました。

A graduate student from the Graduate School of Food Sciences and Nutrition received the Student Presentation Award at the 19th Annual Functional Food Conference.

　食品安全学研究室（義澤研究室）の大学院2年生 茶谷桃花さんが2023年1月にウインクあいち（名古屋）で開催された「第19回ファンクショナルフード学会学術集会」において、若手研究者への奨励賞に値する「学生演題賞」を受賞しました。

 

茶谷さんは「ストレプトゾシン（STZ）誘発糖尿病性白内障モデルラットにおけるアセロラ投与による影響」という演題で口頭発表を行い、２年連続２度目の受賞となりました。

 

茶谷さんは「2年連続でこのような賞を頂き大変嬉しく思います。これも先生方をはじめとした食品安全学研究室のみなさん並びに共同研究者の先生方のご指導、ご協力のおかげです。深く感謝致します。今回の受賞を励みに、より一層の精進をしていきたいと思います」と喜びを語りました。

 

Momoka Chatani, a second-year graduate student in the Food Safety Laboratory (Yoshizawa Laboratory), received the Student Presentation Award, which is an incentive award for young researchers, at the 19th Annual Meeting of the Functional Food Society held at Wink Aichi (Nagoya) in January 2023.

 

Ms. Chatani made an oral presentation on "Effects of Acerola Administration on Streptozocin (STZ)-Induced Diabetic Cataract in a Rat Model" and received the award for the second year in a row.

 

Mr. Chatani said, "I am very happy to receive this award for the second year in a row. This is thanks to the guidance and cooperation of my professors, everyone in the Laboratory of Food Safety Science, and my co-researchers. I am deeply grateful. Encouraged by this award, I will continue to devote myself even more to my research. I am very happy to receive this award," she said.
