A graduate student from the Graduate School of Food Sciences and Nutrition received the Student Presentation Award at the 19th Annual Functional Food Conference.

 食品安全学研究室(義澤研究室)の大学院2年生 茶谷桃花さんが2023年1月にウインクあいち(名古屋)で開催された「第19回ファンクショナルフード学会学術集会」において、若手研究者への奨励賞に値する「学生演題賞」を受賞しました。






Momoka Chatani, a second-year graduate student in the Food Safety Laboratory (Yoshizawa Laboratory), received the Student Presentation Award, which is an incentive award for young researchers, at the 19th Annual Meeting of the Functional Food Society held at Wink Aichi (Nagoya) in January 2023.


Ms. Chatani made an oral presentation on "Effects of Acerola Administration on Streptozocin (STZ)-Induced Diabetic Cataract in a Rat Model" and received the award for the second year in a row.


Mr. Chatani said, "I am very happy to receive this award for the second year in a row. This is thanks to the guidance and cooperation of my professors, everyone in the Laboratory of Food Safety Science, and my co-researchers. I am deeply grateful. Encouraged by this award, I will continue to devote myself even more to my research. I am very happy to receive this award," she said.
