生活環境学科の3年生3人が「2024年学生照明デザイン競技」で優秀賞・入賞・奨励賞を受賞しました。

生活環境学科・北村ゼミ（北村薫子教授）の3年生が制作した照明器具が、照明学会関西支部主催「2024年学生照明デザイン競技」で優秀賞・入賞・奨励賞を受賞。2月28日に開催された「2024年度 春 照明フォーラムin関西」の表彰式でプレゼンテーションを行いました。

 

受賞者は以下の通り。

優秀賞　森久 陽和さん　「塔」

入選　竹田 梨花さん　「Bloom lamp」

奨励賞　藤本 明日海さん　「TREE LIGHT」          

 

コの字型のライトを交互に何重にも重ね、五重塔のような形を表現した森久陽和さんの「塔」は、そのデザイン性が高い評価につながり、優秀賞に輝きました。花びらを模したデザインが印象的な竹田梨花さんの「Bloom lamp」は、手に取った人が花びらの角度を調節し、オリジナルの照明を作ることができるアイデア性も評価され入選に。越前和紙を使用した藤本明日海さんの「TREE LIGHT」は、和紙の重なりによって透過する光の濃淡が自然界の木漏れ日を感じさせるという工夫を凝らした点で評価を受け、奨励賞を受賞しました。

Third-year students from the Department of Human Environmental Sciences, Kitamura Seminar (Professor Kaoruko Kitamura), won the Excellent Award, Selected Award, and Encouragement Award at the "2024 Student Lighting Design Competition" hosted by the Illuminating Engineering Institute of Japan, Kansai Banch.

 

The award winners are as follows:

• Excellent Award: Hiyori Morihisa, "Pagoda"
• Selected Award: Rinka Takeda, "Bloom Lamp"
• Encouragement Award: Asumi Fujimoto, "Tree Light"

 

Ms. Morihisa's "Pagoda," which expresses the shape of a five-storied pagoda by overlapping U-shaped lights in multiple layers, was highly evaluated for its design and won the Excellent Award. Rinka Takeda's "Bloom Lamp," with its impressive petal-like design, was also recognized for its originality, allowing users to adjust the angle of the petals and create their own unique lighting, earning her the Selected Award. Asumi Fujimoto's "Tree Light," which uses Echizen washi paper, was praised for its ingenuity in creating a dappled light effect reminiscent of sunlight filtering through trees by layering the washi paper, and received the Encouragement Award.
